Outsourcing payroll administration can help businesses ensure they are compliant with legislation and they have free time for the core business. Within the Business Solutions Department we have a payroll section. This section is managed by staff who experience in all aspects of payroll. Acumen currently undertakes the payroll administration for more than 100 businesses.

Our charges are "all-inclusive" with all services listed below included in the processing fee. The payroll services include the following:-
  • Calculation of PAYE / NI
  • Supply of payroll submission sheets as required
  • Printing of security payslips ready for posting or emailed to individual employees if required
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly summary reports
  • Preparation & submission of all year end returns to Inland Revenue
  • Calculation of SSP/SMP/SAP/SPP and other statutory payments
  • Dealing with all Inland Revenue queries & visits on our premises
  • Presentation of P45's, P60's and other statutory returns
  • Supply of departmental/cost centre totals if required
  • Additional reports as requested
  • Implementation of additional government registration
  • Acumen are an accredited BACSTELIP bureau and can process employee and Inland Revenue payments on your behalf (security controls are in pace). *Please note a one-off setup fee will be charged.
  • Access to Web-based Sage HR Advice service included
  • Knowledge of Norwegian Tax
