UNLOCK THE POSSIBILITIES OF COMPUTERISED ACCOUNTS

Whether you are looking to computerise your accounts for the first time or upgrade your current Sage software, the effectiveness of your IT solutions is more important than ever for success and profitability. Peterhead based firm of accountants, Acumen Accountants and Advisors are giving local businesses the unique opportunity to attend a series of free workshops on this topic at the Waterside Inn, Peterhead on Wednesday 19th November 2003. The workshops will be split into two sessions with one concentrating on those businesses currently operating manual accounts and the second dispensing advice to firms already using a computerised accounting system.

Starting at 9am and finishing at 11am, the first session ‘Making the Smart Move to Computerised Accounts’ aims to guide non computerised businesses through the accounting software jungle offering practical advice on purchase, installation and how to get the most out of the system to meet with specific requirements. We will also an experienced Accountant on hand to discuss expenditure and taxation issues.

Session two ‘Getting the Most out of your Sage Accounting System’ starts at 12pm for two hours and will offer firms practical advice on Sage upgrades & report writing as well as information on bespoke training packages and consultancy services offered by Acumen. We will also give guidance on other Sage products such as payroll, job costing and ACT! contact manager as well as 3rd party integrated software specific to business sectors such as manufacturing, retail and construction.
