AcumenIT Enhances Service Offering
AcumenIT has invested in a ground-breaking new service which will revolutionise the support of critical IT systems.
The "daily pro active server alert" creates round-the-clock alerts in response to any perceived IT problem. As part of the service, clients automatically have their backups, email and anti-virus systems checked daily, and their windows services, TCP/IP ports and network connections monitored every few minutes. The daily pro-active server alert also checks for hacker attacks, from both internal or external sources.
Graeme Carstairs, technical manager at AcumenIT said: "In this day and age, even the smallest business is IT reliant and as such requires constant monitoring of all critical systems.
