AcumenIT secures The Lemon Tree systems support contract
Renowned north east venue, The Lemon Tree, has awarded AcumenIT the contract to manage its IT infrastructure.
In its brief, The Lemon Tree outlined its requirements for a service that can deliver a quick response with minimal downtime. AcumenIT's support focuses on a proactive, preventative approach to managing IT systems. Its daily monitoring service, employed with specialised software, can identify many potential issues before they manifest as problems.
"I have no doubt working with The Lemon Tree will be an exciting and rewarding partnership," said David Bryce, IT solutions manager at AcumenIT. "The Lemon Tree offers its patrons a diverse selection of entertainment, including theatre, dance, comedy and music. Securing this contract allows AcumenIT to assist The Lemon Tree as it continues to offer such a valuable service to the north east community."
Regular onsite visits and unlimited remote and telephone support are built into the support contract, helping to ensure The Lemon Tree's systems run at optimal efficiency which, in turn, allows its staff to concentrate on managing the venue.
Jamie Marshall, marketing manager at The Lemon Tree commented: "We have found AcumenIT to be thoroughly professional and easy to deal with. The team's expertise will identify and implement methods which will vastly improve the efficiency of our IT network. We are confident that AcumenIT's impressive profile will be further enhanced by the companies' association with The Lemon Tree."

We believe that client centred solutions are imperative in the modern IT market place."
